2. Bathroom Tile

Ok, Design Team! It's decision time! This is the first time we have built this home design and we can't wait for the outcome! This is a more modern/contemporary design. The roof pitches are much more gradual than traditional homes and we want to include some modern elements inside and out to give it that contemporary look and feel. That's where you come in!

First up, we need to determine what tile to use in the bathroom of our Parade Home. I have included photos below of the 3 options we are choosing between.

We want to hear from you! Please visit our Facebook Page here: to cast your vote! There will be a poll on our wall. Remember to stick with the contemporary/modern feel. May the best tile win!

1. We're Back!

The Parade of Homes is back! We need your help making selections on our Parade Home!

This year we are building a new Contemporary Design.
It is a 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
See floor plans below:

The construction of the home has just begun, and we need your help to make design decisions. Help us choose:
  • Color Selections
  • Product Types
  • Style Choices
  • Kitchen Selections
  • Exterior Design
  • Bathrooms
  • Interior Design

Stay tuned and vote for your favorite options!
We will be posting photos throughout the process so you can see your designs come to life each step of the way.
And of course, there will be some big giveaways and prizes to be had. Don't forget - at the end of this process, you will actually get to walk through the home you helped design!
